utilized by companies in 162 countries worldwide. Charges for domestic or
international report use are the same.
Are companies required to supply A/R aging to be eligible to buy the reports
from The CreditExchange?
You are not required to supply aging information, although it is highly
recommended. The more information that individual member companies provide, the
more valuable the information each company receives when utilizing The
CreditExchange's reports.
Does The CreditExchange accept the A/R aging info electronically?
The information is best when it is delivered in an electronic format. It is
received faster and processed into the database more accurately when files are
transmitted digitally.
As a membership organization, what are dues/costs and are there industry group
meetings?
There is no cost for membership in The CreditExchange. If your group is
interested in having meetings, there are services available.
How does the accuracy and timeliness of The CreditExchange's information compare
to other credit information providers, like D&B?
All of The CreditExchange's aging information is updated daily as it is
received from our members. Member companies submit data on a monthly basis and
the files are uploaded into our database that night. The CreditExchange's
reports are actually more current than other well-known credit information
companies that update records quarterly or even semi-annually
Should companies located in a certain region of the US expect The
CreditExchange's data resources to change accordingly?
The CreditExchange's proprietary information database houses data from across
the entire US, and equally represents all regions from the East Coast to the
West Coast.
Do reports from The CreditExchange expire?
The CreditExchange's reports do not expire, allowing you to take advantage of
all the value that a specific reporting tool has to offer. The pricing is
designed so that each member company has the ability to purchase larger
quantities at discounted pricing for maximum cost effectiveness.
Is there a cost if I don't find information on a particular company?
There is no charge if The CreditExchange is unable to provide information on a
particular company that you require.
